  1. What is VoIP and how does it work?
    Most simply, Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP as it more widely known, refers to the routing of phone calls over the Internet rather than traditional phone lines. Speech is converted to packets of voice data which are sent over a broadband internet connection to a termination point normally another internet based phone or a regular phone. By using VoIP technology VoZone is able to offer rates that are far less expensive and functionality that is far more feature rich than provided by traditional phone services.

  2. How long does it take to set up my hosted PBX service?
    Once you have your appropriate internet phones our commitment to a simple plug and play setup means you can have your entire phone system and running in about 15 minutes.

  3. Is there a long term contract that I have to sign?
    No. Our plans are on a month-to-month basis. VoZone customers stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.

  4. How good is the voice quality on your service?
    With our suggested equipment, we have as good, if not better, voice quality then any phone company out there.

  5. I have offices located around the US and the World. Can they be included in the same network?
    Absolutely! This is the beauty of VoZone's ihPBX. As long as the offices are equipped with broadband and an IP phone, you will have unlimited calling between offices for free.

  6. Can we use our current company number with your service?
    Sure. However, the process of porting numbers will depend on your current provider. We usually ask that you give us at least 30 days.
